Nikole Allen

Nikole supports programs in Ethiopia, training and research programs with the UK National Health Service, the Leadership, Management and Governance initiative with the International Committee of Red Cross in several countries, and human resources for health in Rwanda. Before joining GHLI at Yale University Nikole worked with Peace Corps Ethiopia as a community HIV/AIDS advisor in Gondar, Ethiopia with the Organization for Social Service for AIDS. As well as the Clinton Health Access Initiative’s (CHAI) Global Health Financing Department on a five-country study of ART care and treatment expenses per patient. Later, Nikole supported the CHAI Ethiopian Hospital Management Initiative as a hospital management volunteer and program coordinator. She graduated from Western Oregon University with a leadershipendorsement and later received her MPH from University of Washington’s Department of Global Health. Contact: [email protected]
