Gathering the information and results from LMG's predecessor, the Leadership, Management, and Sustainability project (LMS), 20 interviews were conducted in May and June of 2012 in Bolivia, which provided a unique opportunity to study outcomes that were sustained over time. These studies allowed LMG to assess changes, behaviors, and practices that worked best as well as those that did not. The findings were then put into use for the new project framework of LMG, and transferred to other project countries such as Ghana and Tanzania. Hopefully over time more of these case studies will be reviewed to provide a wider scope of LMG’s impact.
