Gathering the information and results from the LMG Project's predecessor, the Leadership, Management, and Sustainability Project (LMS), 20 interviews were conducted in between May and June of 2012 in Tanzania, which provided a unique opportunity to study outcomes that were sustained over time. These studies allowed LMG to assess changes, behaviors, and practices that worked best and those that did not. The findings were then put into use for the new project framework of LMG, and transferred to other project countries such as Bolivia and Ghana. Hopefully over time more of these case studies will be reviewed to provide a wider scope of LMG’s impact.
